He studied at Berzsenyi Dániel College, Szombathely, and then at the press photographer programme of the Association of Hungarian Journalists. His chief interest is human-centred documentarian photography. Currently he is picture editor of the weekly 168 Óra. In 2006 he won the André Kertész Main Prize at the Press Photography Competition, was given Budapest’s photography scholarship in 2007, and the Pécsi József Scholarship in 2008. His works have been presented at a number of exhibitions in Hungary and abroad.
